| I had very bad service from them,So when I had to do my windshield I called Peters glass there price was 20 dollars cheaper and they did the job the next day. Very nice people to talk to. go to them,They are so much better! |

| manager talks bad about other businesses which would be ok if there was some truth to it, he spreads rumors and makes others look bad,but states improper facts, watch what you say around the manager unless you want him to talk about you |

| I set up an appointment on a Monday for service to be completed on a Friday between 8am-12pm. On Thursday a rep. called and stated that my glass was not received for installation, but would be in on Friday morning which was fine since the appt. was for Friday. However , on Friday at 12pm I received an email stating my servce had been changed to the hours of 12pm-5pm. The agents at the toll- free number Assumed I was aware of the changes and were very rude, but reassured me they would be at my home by 3:30pm. The installer that came to my door was not only very rude upon his arrival at 415pm. LATE! I will never use this company and will never refer anyone I know to them in the future...... |
